How Do I Search & Replay Recordings

Conversa Search & Replay is used to search, retrieve and replay recordings from your Red Box recording system – just click the Search & Replay icon in the Conversa side menu.

So what would you like to do? A quick search, a detailed search, export call audio, control playback, view transcripts, or something else? Whatever it is, we have details to help.

If you want to listen to live calls, switch to Conversa Live Monitor – just click the Live Monitor icon in the Conversa side menu. Check out the “How Do I Listen to Live Calls” topic for more details.
